Cancellation and Refund Policy

Scope of Services RBG Agro Solutions provides agricultural services, including but not limited to consulting, soil testing, crop management solutions, and training programs. This policy applies to all services booked through our website or directly with our team.

       Cancellation by the Customer

  • Pre-Service Cancellation: You may cancel a booked service free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service start date. Contact us to request cancellation.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost to cover administrative and preparation expenses.

  • No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee, as resources and personnel are allocated in advance.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a service at no additional cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange a new time.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions affecting field visits, unavailability of specialized personnel, or regulatory restrictions).

  • In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Refunds for cancellations initiated by us will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

    Refund Eligibility

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the booked service due to our error or cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards (as outlined in the service agreement), you may request a partial or full refund. Please submit a complaint within 7 business days of the service date, including details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or reports).

  • Refunds are not available for services fully completed as per the agreed scope, even if the outcome (e.g., crop yield or soil improvement) does not meet expectations, unless we failed to adhere to industry-standard practices.

  • For subscription-based services (e.g., ongoing consulting or monitoring), cancellations must follow the subscription agreement terms, typically requiring 30 days’ notice.

    Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us with your booking details and reason for the refund request.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Non-refunded fees (e.g., cancellation or administrative fees) will be clearly communicated during the refund process.
